My Perception On New Zealand

As a student of Hospitality and Tourism Management, we are required to do up a E-portfolio as part of our individual assignment for our Tourism, Culture and Society module this semester. Hence, after a serious consideration, I have decided on New Zealand for my E-portfolio.

My impression on New Zealand all these years is that it is a place full of beautiful country sides and scenery. Every area of New Zealand is filled with green fields with lots of animals running around freely. It definitely has many stunning natural attractions and one could carry out many activities there like mountain climbing, tracking, etc. To me, New Zealand is definitely a place I can really relax and give myself a short getaway in life.

It is also a country that offers delicious food as well. I made a big discovery in my life two years ago through a television programme. New Zealand’s national icon is actually a Kiwi Bird and not a duck. Personally, I find Kiwi bird an interesting animal because it is a flightless bird with hair instead of feathers and it has got this pointy thing which acts like a mouth for them.

I am pretty sure after doing research for this assignment I will know New Zealand like the back of my hand.
